Makano Mosidi
Makano Mosidi is the Managing Director
for Relational Database Consulting (RDC). She is also
involved in various BEE transactions in the industry
as a whole, with special focus in ICT. Her career spans
various organizations including IBM (then ISM), Accenture,
Ernst & Young, North West Province and State Information
Technology Agency (SITA Pty Ltd). Makano is also a business
woman belonging to various woman groups and pursuing
business interests in other industries e.g mining, manufacturing
and financial services. |

Douglas Clarke
Douglas started his IT career in IT
operations. He then moved into programming and later
into program analysis and design and after that into
management and executive management. Over the years,
Douglas has been exposed to various technologies that
have been deployed on mainframes, midrange servers,
down to desktop computers. He has been exposed to industry
sectors like banking, retail, medical, government, mining
etc. This exposure adds value to the customer base that
Douglas supports, by offering them different perspectives
and ideas. |

Rodney Naidoo
Rodney has been involved in the computer
industry since 1976 specializing in databases from the
1980’s. He piloted an award winning project in
South Africa, implementing the system in Portugal, London,
USA and Spain with great success. He has since headed
up the database departments of Nedcor, Iocore and New
Dawn Technologies, converting many hierarchical databases
to Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server. He is highly regarded
and respected in the ITC world due to his energy, responsiveness
and willingness to assist, whatever the problem. |
