I just wanted to say a personal THANK
YOU to each one of you for your part in our switchover
on Saturday night / Sunday morning.
It was by far smoothest and fastest switchover I have ever
experienced at Computicket. So far, the feedback from users
running on the new system this morning has all been positive.
Each one of you are exceptional in your field of expertise and
it was a pleasure to work with you on this project.

We were down in the "Dumps" for more than a week
without making any progress on the subject matter.
If a resource is so committed & dedicated like him, we
will easily be in a position to overcome slippages, more so
unwanted stress factors etc.

Last month end (31st March) we did not experience any problems
with the Radius application as in the previous months. This
is because of your help in advising the application team to
change the application code and coming up with recommendations
which were implemented before the month end.
Since you arrived, your contribution has made a difference

Approx 30 mins later, we had our entire national RETAIL network
back onto this platform and all is looking well (the load remains
very low and response times are good).

I just wanted to express my gratitude for all the work that
went into solving the problems that were experienced in the
two CBS environments. The team effort that went into solving
the problem and the willingness is really appreciated.
I had to however mention a quick few words of appreciation
for the excellent service we received from RDC on Tuesday. They
literally saved us from disaster and showed great skill and

Needless to say, our Shoprite owners are very impressed with

why I'm giving you this feedback.

I wish to take this opportunity to acknowledge the fantastic
work and team spirit shown during the recovery of the SARCC
database. Many companies would have walked away from this mountain
but the people at RDC convinced the customer that we are the
best. Yes, it took us nearly three weeks to recovery but this
database was handed over to them from intensive care and we
recovered every bit of it. In fact it is running so fast now
we were contemplating of sending it to the Olympics.
We were most impressed with your resource. What an excellent
person, work wise and as a human being. He is also very meticulous.
That is exactly what we required.

Thank you for the professional manner in which the archiving
took place this weekend. Once again you have proven why we are
so happy with the service you provide us.
